I was offered this trade in a money league of mine...

My - Uggla, M. Holliday
His - Rios, B. Zobrist, Soria, Capps

or
My - Bumgarner, Uggla, M. Holliday
His - B.Zobrist, Wandy Rod, Soria, Capps

We used OBP instead of AVG and other than that is your typical 5x5 roto league. I am currently sitting in 5th place with 63.5 points, 30 points behind the leader..

My team has the following rankings. Runs - 6, HR -6, RBI - 3, SB - 3, OBP - 9, W- 8.5, SV - 5, K - 8, ERA - 7, WHIP - 7

My Team
C - R. Martin
1B - Miggy Cabrera
2B - Dan Uggla or Danny Espinosa (mostly benching Uggla cause he has been terrible although showing a little life recently minus last night)
3B - M. Moustakas
SS - D Jeter
OF - McCutchen
OF - Morse
OF - Berkman
Util - A. Rizzo
Bench - Rasmus, Holliday, Ackley, Heyward

SPs - Romero, Kennedy, D. Hudson, Hamels, Bumgarner, Zimmerman, Carpenter, Matusz
RPs - Valverde, Marmol

Should I make this trade?

I could understand how you could see Rios as a buy Low oppertunity, and Uggla as a sell Low, but i wouldn't be so quick to do so. I do believe Uggla will wake up for a solid second half, while I am not to confident about Rios. And im sure you know about Soria's problems this year, so i wouldn't really want to buy into him that easily. Zobrist is a solid everyday player with more than one eligability, but i wouldn't really want to give up Holliday that easily. So i would have to say no, i dont believe this deal will really help you that much

Terrible trades on both for you. Capps isn't worth anything if you're looking to add RP's. I see no reason to trade what you're giving up for what you're getting in return.

Uggla has the best chance of busting out and finishing off respectively, Rios is just a lost cause.

Also Capps really is nothing impresive, and i wouldn't be suprised to see him loose his closer job at some point in the year
