I GET:
SP - J.Zimmermann (WAS) $5 (2) (has only one more season after this year at that price)

I TRADE AWAY:
SP - T.Hudson (ATL) $3 (3) (is a free agent at seasons end, so I was losing him anyways)

I am still in contention, so I don't want to rebuild yet, sure Zimmermann has had the better season to date between the two, but he is on the worse club (Nationals vs Braves) but wouldn't mind getting a nice keeper for next year, at a price of $5, Zimmermann is just that.....Is this a good deal to make for me, should I be asking for more, or sending more to get this done. Hudson was one of my horses last season.....and a steal @ $3, helping me win the title.

Nice deal. You get to keep Zimmermann at a solid price for another year, and I think you're getting the better pitcher for this season as well.
