I have been offered this trade and I am not too sure if I should do it or not.
I give: Jurrjens and Victorino
I get: Utley, Pagan and Oswalt
This is a standard 5x5 Roto ESPN League.
My Roster:
C: Y. Molina
1B; Adrian Gonzalez
2B: Cano
SS: Andrus
3B: A-Rod
2B/SS: Phillips
1B/3B: Miggy Cabrera
OF: Granderson
OF: J. Upton
OF: Victorino
OF: Pierre
UTIL: Gaby Sanchez
UTIL: A combo of Moustakas, Brown and Moreland
My thoughts were that I would be able to dump Pierre and replace him with Pagan and then put Utley in that last Utility Spot. So my question is, how valuable is Jurrjens and am I getting enough of a return for him.
The deal would basically be:
MY: Jurrjens, Victorino and Pierre
HIS: Utley, Pagan and Oswalt
I have been thinking pretty hard about this one and need some advice.
Thanks!!

At first I didn't really see how this helped your team at all with you having Cano and Phillips at 2B. But you putting Utley at your last UTIL spot giving you a bench of Moustakas, Brown, and Moreland. A bit of a drop off with Victorino to Pagan though. At the end of the year I see Jurrjens and Oswalt as similar. So fair deal, if any of your bench starts blowing up you will have some leverage with all your 2B to trade later since it's a pretty shallow position.

I'd be curious to see your pitching staff as well....but just looking at it I think I'd do it. Utley is really starting to play well and I think Oswalt has just had some bad luck with no run support lately. He will be fine, and is playing on one of the best teams in baseball. Jair has been pretty dominent, but is a liability in K's, which you will get with Oswalt. His ERA and WHIP is bound to shoot up.... I say do it
