I am tempted to grab Jennings since ppl in our league dip early for prospects. Who do I drop? Desmond? Trumbo? Gordon? I kind of like Gordon though...

If only because you have Hanley at SS, I think you drop Desmond. He's just not going to crack your lineup and therefore mostly worthless. I'd try for a quick trade -- see if you could do a 2 for 1 with Desmond included, but I realize time is of the essence here and you don't want to lose out on Jennings so don't wait too long.
