Trade Hamilton, Braun, Bautista or Granderson WHIR

Postby EdKoch » Sun Jun 12, 2011 11:39 pm

Trying to unload bats for arms. Don't know who to put on the blocks. I just know my pitching won't last, so I added Rizzo and Moustakas to help with the decision. Who would you put out there for trades?

First of all, not sure what "weekly with daily changes" means.

Anyway, I'd try to make a quick buck with Moose or Rizzo while their value is high. Stick with your proven bats.

I agree with the previous comment, BUT if you want a veyr sollid arm in return for aone of these players I would go with Hamilton (who has been hot lately), mainly because of his injury situation...Braun is an absolute monster and should not be traded, along with Bautista, and Granderson seems to be showing no signs of slowing down, so Hamilton is the only one I would even consider dealing out of those guys.

I'd see what you can get for Brantley while he's playing well because I'm not sure if he'll be able to keep his current pace up. I also agree with lane_anasazi2. Out of the 4 you listed in the title, Hamilton has to be the one you want to trade the most for the reasons BiGAnT stated, Brain, Bautista, and Granderson will probably continue to rip it up.

I would trade Hamilton but be sure you get an elite arm for him. We are talking a stone cold ace, and nothing less. You may want to try and use Vogelsong+Hamilton to get Halladay/Felix/Verlander.
