Bumgarner just has it, and I know his offense is crap but it's not as if Latos is going to get much support in SD. Bumgarner gets the slight edge in my book. Lilly vs. Cueto was tough also, because Lilly has started to turn it around, but there are no strikeouts to be found. Cueto isn't a K-machine but he holds his own and his offense is going to win a lot of games for him. Bedard is good, it's just the age and injuries and offense that make him a slight step below this group. Honestly, I like all the pitchers on this list and could see some varying rankings, but that's how I see it.
