I have my waiver in right now to drop Torii Hunter and pick up Anthony Rizzo, and it goes through tonight. So do you think this is a smart move? Or should I hold out, save my waiver spot, and hope that Torii Hunter can get things turned around? If I do pick up Rizzo I will have three 1B's and will probably have to make some kind of trade tho.

I would. You don't need Hunter at all. I think Rizzo is legit.

Without looking at your roster, I'd say yes.

Funny, I made this exact transaction after Saturday's games wrapped up.
Dropped T.Hunter and added Rizzo. I had previously acquired Hunter as a FA after someone else dropped him, so it wasn't a huge loss. It's usually not too hard to find a halfways decent OF to slot in if need be, but Rizzo could be a special player the rest of the way. We just don't know yet but it's worth the move, IMHO, and especially considering Hunter's decline.

Thanks for the help everyone.
I have my waiver in for moustakas and rizzo, but I am pretty sure someone else is going to get Moustakas. I just hope I can get one of them.

yeah i would, and for once i'll keep the reasoning simple: toriiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii hunter is a fantasy baseball nothing, anthony rizzo has the chance to be a fantasy baseball something. unless toriiiiiiiiiiiiiii has a miracle 1/2season where he plays over his head and out of his arse, you're not going to get burned here, as you're basically trying to shuffle around the posterior of your roster anyways, so why not give a touted prospect a proper roll of the dice?
