"Is it fair?" Does it matter? What's your definition of "fair"? Most trades aren't "fair" in that one team winds up better off than the other- what matters is that both owners believe the trade helps their team. If you're thinking about veto, your decision-making should stop there.
As for this specific trade- well, what kind of league is it? Are keeper salaries/contracts at stake? Does the team receiving Turner and Boesch have holes to fill? Context matters a lot.

it is not a keeper league, and turner did fill a 2B slot but he is not going to be an everyday player anymore, mets management said he is slumping bc he is not used to getting major league playing time, martin is going to recieve more off days because he gets worn down to easily, meanwhile he's only hitting .232, and boesch is decent but magglio ordonez is coming back who will cut into his playing time, that is why i feel this is unfair

Speculation beyond what happens to all catchers as the season progresses. Anyway, Mauer is probably a higher risk to sit any given game.

You're wading into really dangerous territory by complaining about a trade because of what you think might happen in the future.
thats not what I think thats a fact, he is coming back, plus he is doing that saying that turner and martin are going to do really well even thought they are both going to get less playing time, this is what the management of both of their organizations said
