Konerko's trade value?

I'm currently in last place and in need of some OF help. Another owner is interested in Konerko from me. Would a Konerko-Bruce or Konerko-N. Cruz trade be better? And do you think the other owner would do it?

I have Dunn (terrible so far) and Hosmer on my team as 1B replacements. And I could pick up Rizzo if needed.
