Goldschmidt and Cowgill

Diamondbacks GM Kevin Towers indicated that Paul Goldschmidt and Collin Cowgill are candidates to be called up around the All-Star break.
Goldschmidt has been one of the minor league's top sluggers this season, batting .344/.465/.687 with 21 home runs at Double-A in the pitcher-friendly Southern League. The D'Backs haven't gotten much production at first base, and it sounds like Towers might be willing to have Goldschmidt bypass Triple-A and make the jump to the big leagues. Cowgill, an outfielder, is also on his radar after batting .372/.438/.615 with 11 homers and 19 steals over his first 60 games at Triple-A.

Both could have a nice impact. I'll def take a flyer on Goldschmidt in my 20 team dynasty since I missed out on Hosmer and Rizzo. He doesn't have thier upside but still could def help in the power cats. Don't know much about Cowgill, anyone?

When you are a man, sometimes you wear stretchy pants in your room...is for fun.
