Rizzo or Pena? WHIR

Should I start Rizzo over Pena? PEna has been hitting better as of late, so Im hesitant to start Rizzo over him. I would just switch them out daily when one was facing a lefty or a righty, but theyre both left handed batters, so it wouldnt help to do that. Thanks WHIR
