Jones for Farnsworth or Moreland? WHIR

Yahoo 12 team roto league 6x6 (R, HR, RBI, OBP, SLG, NSB, W, L, ERA, WHIP, K, NSV). Current roster:

OF - Ellsbury
OF - C. Gonzalez
OF - Joyce
OF - A. Jones
BN - L. Morrison
BN - B. Gardner
BN - J. Morneau
BN - J. Lowrie
SP - F. Hernandez
SP - C. Wilson
SP - P. Humber
SP - E. Bedard
SP - J. Collmenter
RP - F. Salas
RP - K. Gregg
BN - M. Capps
DL - W. Rodriguez
DL - J. Johnson

With 6 OF, I have a glut in the outfield that I'd like to use to upgrade another position, like 1B, SS, or RP. Cutting one seems like a waste so I've been trying to work out a trade. I've been offered Adam Jones for M. Moreland. Separately, I've been offered Adam Jones for K. Farnsworth. Should I pull the trigger on either of these trades? I am hurting for saves (10th place), but I also have a need at 1B, with Morneau sucking. On the other hand, I just picked up Helton, and Trumbo is still available.

I would accept Moreland for Adam Jones, but you do need another reliever I think. If you want see if the guy offering you Farnsworth can give you a 2 for 2 trade where you send him Moreland and someone off your bench for Farnsworth and another SP or something.

I would accept Moreland as well. The advantage of that is that, if Morneau ever recovers his form (maybe Mauer coming back next week will help with that), Moreland would also qualify at OF, putting you in a position to trade another OF for a RP.

I also thing Moreland is more valuable than Farnsworth.
