16 team roto league.. OBP instead of AVG
I'm in currently in last place for OBP and W's. I have made some trades to get Ortiz/Weeks/Braun/Bautista, so my OBP is climbing.

1st trade:

I give up Bautista for Matt Holiday and Shaun Marcum

2nd trade:

I give up Crawford and Hosmer for Adrian Gonzales and Aaron Harang

You definitely don't do trade #1. Matt Holliday has been out for quite some time and still has about a week before he gets back.

For trade #2, I'd try to see if I can get a better pitcher than Harang.
