votto nolasco for weeks and hanson

Just got a trade offer come my way and Im totally unsure of what to do.

Joey Votto and Ricky Nolasco is what im giving up to get Rickie Weeks and Tommy Hanson.

We are in a 10 team keeper league expanding to 12 next year.
I have Anthony Rizzo and Mitch Moreland as my first baseman with Votto
and getting Weeks would be nice because I have Uggla who has been
garbage.

Hanson is a better pitcher than Nolasco but my concern is am i giving
up too much in Votto where my team will be unbalanced because
of Votto's OBP and average. I guess my real question is do you guys
think that the combo of Moreland and Rizzo would be enough to
get into the playoffs?

Don't trade Votto in a keeper unless you get a top 10 guy back.
Don't ever trade a stud to try and fill a position or need imo.
