BJ Upton.

What's the reason for the question? Trade? WW?

I am weary of Upton's batting average and Brantley is available on the WW. I can get close to Upton's stats with a higher average.

I would expect BJ to outperform Brantley.

I wouldn't outright drop BJ if you want to snag Brantley. Put together a 2-for-1 with BJ & ____ for a stud, then snag Brantley off waivers. e.g. BJ and J. Sanchez for Jon Lester....BJ and Stephen Drew for Reyes, etc etc....it effectively becomes BJ & PLAYER X for STUD and Brantley. You win.

BJ Upton is much more valuable than Brantley. I don't know why you'd drop BJ at all... trade him if you don't want him on your squad.

;-D

Brantley's not a bad option, but Upton has a much higher ceiling and has shown flashes of it this season.
