Oakland should get more save oppt as the year goes, they don't score much so the games they do win will have saves attached. Stauffers main value lies in home starts for era and whip, neither which helps you. Loses -5 hurts.
Once Bailey gets it going he'll have more trade value in your league too. Your projections make some sense, but I believe Bailey will be the far better option and Stauffer will be easier to replace in the SP slot

Hang onto Bailey...you can't go by what is expected by the A's for the rest of the season...what if all the games they do win are by 1-3 runs, then he could get a ton of saves, and yes he does have great stuff so I'd say keep him...Though Stauffer is average, I do like his potential but again, the Padres winning ways are not much better that the A's and he could eventually get risky down the line so I'd also say that Bailey is the better long term option.
