Who to use as bait in trade? Zimmerman coming off DL

I'm in a shallow points league and currently ranked 2nd in a 7 team league.

I have Zimmerman coming off DL and I need to drop a player or package a 2 for 1 deal to make space. Who do I offer and who should I look to trade for to improve the team?

I have strong interests shown for Konerko and Ellsbury, but I'm finding it hard to let either of them go. Choo has zero to no value at the moment because everyone's looking for a hot bat and he is not. It's a shallow league so Kelly Johnson also has very little value.

Nice team man I'd prob see if I couldn't deal Konerko either straight up or partnered w/1 of your lower end sp like say Hudson, for somebody like David Price. That would take your staff from solid to pretty GD boss. But if no dice there, in a 7 team I would have no prob cutting ties w/Kelly Johnson to make room.

I agree I'll have to drop Kelly Johnson to make room if nothing works...

Problem is I don't even know who to put on the bench when Zimmerman comes off DL. I'm thinking dealing one of the hot bats on a high and landing myself a top pitcher will help my team in the long run (injuries permitting).

Who's a sell high candidate right now on this team? I'm a rookie in baseball so I don't know when to spot a sell high candidate...
