Morton + Stephen Strasburg

its a keeper league with the rules making Strasburg keepable in the 20th rd next year. i drafted him late specifically to keep him for next season, so im not cutting him this season no matter what happens.

also Stras is on the DL so cutting him wouldnt open up a roster spot.
