Punt... WINS? hear me out...

I never punt categories either, but Wins is an expensive category. It would open up trading opportunities for good SPs that play for crap teams that you can target from owners willing to unload their liability for cheap.

Being a fantasy hockey player It's similar to the +/- category which is a tough one to keep up with. I have seen guys try this strategy and it is very tough to recover from, never have I seen a guy win a league where they employ this strategy. That doesn't mean you couldn't be the first. Good luck.

I think your big 5 innings eaters are going to dictate your era n whip success; get a little more luck in the wins cat and you'd be close 2 mid pack already. Be careful with your final starters and try to just use them in favorable matchups or use better waiver matchups. You can usually catch some teams late in the year just by paying attention. Wins is such a frustrating cat, especially when you really need them; but I wouldn't punt wins with the staff you have. Relievers just won't get a high enough percentage of innings to matter much
I think you confused with your 1st sentence:
May sound silly,.. but I’m currently #1 in Wins and Saves.. but 2nd to last in Wins
Maybe it was supposed to read K's and saves
