I am currently considering dropping Hill for one of the rookies being called up (Rizzo, D Gordon, Moustakas or Ackley) I currently own Jennings, Lawrie and Hosmer are taken and Belt is on the DL...I also have Adam Jones...Thoughts? would it be wise to pick up any of those or hang onto Hill and Jones...Leave a link!
my team: 12 team H2H (keep 4 each year) (5x5)
Avila
MCabrera
Prado
A Gordon
Tulo
Rasmus
Upton
Morse
Choo
Berkman
Jones
Hill
Zimmerman DL
Cain/Hanson/Garza/DHudson/Kennedy/Ogando/jSantana DL

If your league is not extremely competitive and those call ups will be there after their callup I would give them a week or two to prove themselves. If they won't I would drop Hill. Rizzo seems the most likely to be among the first of them.
Unfortuantely most of them are already gone in my league.
Thanks for the help on mine.

I'd definitely hold on to Jones. If you plan on picking up any of those guys Hill would be the guy to drop. It's so hard to predict how these kids will hit in the majors. Hosmer has been great thus far, but not all of them will transition that well. It might better to just keep an eye on them once they're brought up to see how they come along before pulling the trigger.

I like Rizzo out of that bunch and Hill just isn't putting up the #'s this year.

Didn't put up the numbers last year either.

He'll be lucky to even match those numbers (well HR's, runs)

Would you guys rather have JJ Hardy than Hill? that's the problem I'm having.
Kind of hate owning Hill, though at least he's running a little.
