Thursday's Best Streamer? WHIR

Postby JJGBPD » Tue Jun 07, 2011 1:24 am

Okay, here we go with Thursday now, thanks for the help! Here are the only 3 I like:

Madison Bumgarner at home vs. Cincinnati (Cueto)
Johnny Cueto at SF (Bumgarner)
Aaron Harang at home vs. Washington

This one is tough for me because there are things I like about all 3. Cueto is a little wild, so Bumgarner and Harang are probably the best choices.... I find myself leaning Harang?

I think all three could have good outings, but I like Cueto the most out of them.

I wouldn't want to be pitching to Michael Morse in the midst of his hot streak right now. I would actually use Cueto because he has been very solid so far and the Reds can actually score runs for him, a lot more runs than the Giants.

Cueto all the way.

Granted, I like the way the Giants have been playing lately, but Bumgarner has been rough to watch.

I'm having a hard time.... Cueto just came back from minors with control issues and Bumgarner has posted like 7 straight quality starts....

It appears you're mixing up Cueto with Volquez. Which one is actually available?

Considering I own both and started Cueto and benched Bumgarner....CUETO! He doesn't get any K's, but other than that he is rock solid and Cincy generally scores enough to get wins. They may not scratch many against BumG but a nice 3-2 winner should be in the works.

I just went to grab Cueto and someone already had!!!! That leaves it between Bumgarner home vs. Cincy or Harang home vs. Washington? Thoughts??

Over the last 30 days Bumgarner has a 2.60 ERA, 1.18 WHIP, 24/9 K/BB, no homers allowed, over 34 IP. Only thing about him that's rough to see is his 2-7 record, which is thanks to SFs horrible lineup, and he had bad outings very early on. Other than that he's been great.
