Should I drop anyone to stash Anthony Rizzo or should I just stand pat?

I'd drop Craig. He's good, but, as a Cards fan, I hate to admit that I don't think he'll keep up anything close to his current numbers. Rizzo's the real deal, and is proving it over the long haul in AAA.

He just added Craig. Why don't you think he will hold up? Rizzo has been tearing up the PCL, but guys coming out of there have not done much, and everyone has inflated stats in that league. I would not drop Craig for him.

Ike Davis is on my DL so he's not taking up a roster spot and I can't drop him.

I'd wait until he plays a game or two in the MLB. According to his % owned in yahoo leagues it doesn't seem like people are parading to add him just yet.

Someone a few weeks ago -- kind of my nemesis in this league -- added him and then dropped him. I wouldn't be shocked if he added him again. So that's the wrinkle.

How about Lawrie?

I get where your coming from. I am currently in first but the kid in 2nd place is gaining on me big time. The only real hole in his roster is 2nd base, so I made sure to grab Lawrie just incase he plays well.

This makes a ton of sense for a few reasons:

1: Lawrie is in the AL East (or AL in general).
2: Rizzo is in the NL.
3: People had their doubts about Hosmer, so it could go two ways: Hosmer or Belt.
4: Rizzo is no Belt, but he's not far from Hosmer.
