it would have to be Gordon right now. Gordon is the starting SS, while playing time seems to be hard to get for Bourgeois. 3 games back from the DL, no start yet.

I'm hoping Gordon can be the full time SS AND lead off hitter.

Dee Gordon is the son of former major league pitcher Tom Gordon. Tom the pitcher had the nickname "Flash". Tom should pass along the nickname to his son, who is more of a flash himself.

I don't expect him to do too much, but he should be adequate replacement for Furcal. Some runs and steals with decent BA. He's seriously got some mad speed. Probably at the Reyes/McCutcheon level.

This guy is a twig, I hope he doesn't get hit in the side it might break him in two :-b

Brett Anderson went on the DL today, so I picked this guy up hoping he does more than Ian Desmond has, so far so good

Bourgeois isn't going to get solid playing time. He's going to be used as a pinch-hitter, pinch-runner, late inning defensive replacement. So he could win the starting job but at this point Gordon is a much better bet for numbers simply based upon PT and he'll be leading off which never hurts.

he's 5'11 and weighs just 150. 1-5-0. loving the dodgers second youth movement.

this guy has been great so far!
what happens when Furcal comes back? can the Dodgers go back to Furcal as the regular SS?
as a Dee owner if the Dodgers plan on reinserting Furcal back at SS costing Brown playing time then I'd like to trade him now while he is hot.

Trade him.

The key word is right now. He has a .417 BAPIP and has hit one extra base hit.
