getting killed in sb and saves, would this be paying too much? I'd have Polonco to cover 3b and have AGonz and DLee covering the corners. Thanks for your input.

Longo is a top 10 guy. You can do much better. If a closer is what you need you should be targeting Brian Wilson and a tier 1 SP. If your league is a keeper then you'd be a fool to trade Longo away for any closers.
