Dunn, Smoak, Freddie Freeman and Domonic Brown are all avail. My offense hasn't been great lately. Should I make a move or stand pat? Also have to consider that Zimmerman will be coming off the DL soon, so someone will have to be dropped. Trading isn't really an option. No one in my league seems interested in doing any trades.
Roster

Agreed on the Dunn comment... not sure about Rajai. Smoak is an interesting idea, not sure who you drop for him though. Brown isn't getting the ABs to merit the pick-up... I just dropped him to grab Hardy to cover for Rollins. Great kid, huge talent, but not yet an every day threat.
However, I don't know that beyond that there's much to do... team is fairly solid, just a question of them putting it together.
I think you have to take him, and hope he bounces back. I had him for a while, and managed to trade him for Bourn, who leads the league in steals. Worst case, you can drop him in about 2 weeks if he doesnt imporve. As for who to drop, I'd go with Morrison. I think Davis is better as he will get you tones of steals. You would have to play Uggla or Dunn at utlity, but one of them has to bounce back!

I would drop Davis over McGehee.
I think Casey is worth hanging on to, especially cause he is apart of a very strong offense. But if you need steals, thats a different story. Then you should prob hang on to Davis and drop Casey.
I'm probably in the minority here when I say don't grab Dunn. He's been too iffy since day one. Plus, he won't benefit you during intraleague play during this month.
IMO, grab Freeman. He seems more comfortable @ the plate.
If you have the patience, hang on to McGehee, but keep him on the bench. I know 3B is shallow. Is there anyone out there in your f/a wire that is available @ the hot corner?

The reason I'm thinking about dropping McGehee is that I'm pretty covered at 3B. I've got Zimmerman coming back pretty soon. Until then Bautista and Turner both have 3B eligibility. And McGehee has been pretty disappointing all season. I like Freeman a lot. Just a little concerned about counting on so many rookies. Already have Hosmer and Morse.
Smoak by a mile. Dunn has been absolutely horrible and this is Freemans first year in the league so he's going to be inconsistent as he has.
Smoak has been great and is showing signs he can be a 30 HR 100 RBI guy in his 2nd year in the majors. He's gonna be one of the best players in the league in the years to come.
Smoak over either. Don't know why it's a question.
