What is wrong with this team - WHIR?

When I drafted this team, I thought it would kill. I made a trade which I thought would improve it... but no go, I'm in 12th place!

Settings are: 16 team roto, standards except OBP for AVG.

Am I over-rating this team, or are my guys just underachieving? I know I'm kinda screwed with closers, but I'm surprised that my offensive stats are so bad (with the exception of HRs, which I knew would be low).
