Although it would be nice to have Cano...... I don't think your pitching staff can afford the loss of Sheilds. Don't know what your bench looks like, but you have plenty of 1B... maybe look to move one of the UT guys for a 2B or maybe Texiera can net you a good SP and upgrade at 2B.

Yeah this isn't a bad trade, but your pitching staff cant afford losing Shields. If he has a pitcher that you like that you can package with Cano then maybe y'all can still make the trade. Post his roster if you want and I might be able to give you a suggestion.
Help with mine please:

I would not do this deal.
M.Kemp is the best player in the deal.
Your batting lineup is awesome. Your pitching...not so much. You can not afford to lose J.Shields.

Not a easy call. Kemp, damn, on pace to 40/40. I just can't imagine you let this guy go without very very good return. Cargo will be on pace to a good year, but down in every category especially Avg from last year. I would be hesitant to do this trade.
Help me please?

It's silly that anyone thinks Shields is an ace. Kemp is a great talent and having a MVP start but getting Cano and CarGo? That's a no brainer IMO...press that accept button before the other manager comes to his senses and trade one of your big bats for a stud pitcher.

This deal would've already been done if it were me. After you make the trade use one to get better in your pitching staff.
