Is Markakis worth owning? WHIR,LL (110%)

Nick Markakis was recently dropped in my league. Is he worth owning? He didn't have a good year last year, and isn't having a good year this year, but he has tons of upside. What do you think? I have an open roster spot, and could use it to add any of the following players:

I'd Stash Soriano and start him instead of Abreau when he comes off the DL.

I would add Correia. He is having a great start so far and the Pirates are actually scoring some runs this year so he wont just be a low ERA guy with a bunch of losses hes getting wins too. If you want a hitter I would again go with a Pirate and take Tabata. None of the other guys on that offense list really seem like guys worth owing.

Correia - I picked him up earlier this season and haven't regretted it plus he is leading the MLB in wins so far and is winning on the road

I'd consider Correia or Rajai Davis.

I'd pick up Davis and plug him in starting line up. you need to bench Uggla and it looks like you have the flexibilty to do that.
Other than that I would say Soriano, he was mashing before DL, but it doesnt look like you have a spot to stash him...

If you want the bat I'd pick up Davis and bench Uggla until he gets it going. Markakis has upside but has had upside for the past 4 years and hasn't lived up to them.
