Seems like a fair offer to me. Depending on how much you like Heyward (still waiting on him to play for 3+ months without a DL stint) it could be considered a good trade for you. Personally, I think Heyward is kind of a bust but thats just me.

Thanks guys, I am also somewhat down on Heyward. I'm going to decline, so I won't be checking back for a while (i.e. no more WHIR). :-)
