Thinking of moving Pence/Nunez for Howard. I am in 1st place in Saves by about 10 and have Werth/Reimold to replace Pence. Should I pull the trigger? 12 team 5x5 roto.

The deal makes sense for your team however, I would see if you can get Ike, Gaby, or Hosmer instead of Howard. That way you can prolly keep Pence (whos having the best year of his career!).

I think you have to make this trade. Your hitters are not very dominating and you could use a big power bat at 1B, allowing you to move Smoak to Util. I don't like the loss of Nunez at RP given that you only have Hanrahan and Madson left, but Howard is too big of a bat to pass up IMHO.
All this said, I wouldn't fault you for staying and trying to move Pence or Stubbs for a guy like Sanchez or something.
If you're indeed not starting Werth now, this trade is essentially Howard/Werth for Pence/Nunez....which is fair, good value for you, though Madson and Hanrahan then become your only two closers, a Guerrier is no sure thing to get save opps in LA. Any potential 2nd half closers you can take a shot on (e.g. Adams or Gregerson in case Bell gets dealt...maybe take a flier on Rauch/Dotel who could emerge again in the TOR mess?) And Pence will give overall numbers, but do you need HRs/RBI? If so, Howard gives you better #s.
