I own Richie Weeks and Dan Uggle who has been horrible. I have 2 UTIL spots. I was considering taking a chance and dropping Uggla ro Lawrie. Thoughts?
I was also considering dropping Cueto for Brian Matusz.

I think you can drop someone less valuable... Lawrie hasn't even been called up yet. And what's to drop about a guy with a 2.20 ERA for a guy that didn't really show anything last season?

The Cueto point is a good one.
In regards to Uggla. You are right...what has Lawrie done. I just thought it may make sense to take a chance and land lightening in a bottle. I think Uggla is going to have an...ugly season (no pun intended). However, thanks....You made me re-think and wait a bit on Lawrie. I dont think anyone in my league will grab him.

Worse comes to worse, trade Uggla +1 if you can for an upgrade somewhere else to make room. But definitely don't drop Uggla for Lawrie right now.

I wouldn't drop Uggla for Lawrie yet I own Uggla in mine so I know how you feel I'd still wait it out Lawrie while he's a hot prospect hasn't proven anything and I'd wait or like the other post said you can try trading Uggla and see if you can get an upgrade elsewhere if you can.
And don't drop Cueto for Matusz right now either

If you really want Lawrie badly I would package Uggla and Cueto together for an #1/2 starter and use the extra spot to pick him up. No reason not to get value for a very good pitcher and an Ugly Uggla who some owner will believe in.
post to mine please-
