I traded D. Brown/Lilly for A. Lind to open up a roster spot for him. McGehee has been killing me at 3B and hope Lawrie does it, at least until I get Zimmerman back. I want to do one more trade to get a SS to set me up for next year. We keep 8

You basically traded Brown/Lilly for Lind/Lawrie which is def a good deal. Since you only keep 8 I doubt you will or would have kept any of these 4 guys but Lawrie should at least produce a little better than McG and if he starts playing well you have some util spots you can use him in this year.

Sounds fine. Your 8 for now obviously won't include him unless he comes out busting it like Braun did...
