New to Fantasy - How to improve team? WHIR

SS - Hanley Ramirez (INJ)
OF - Matt Holliday (DL)
OF - Nelson Cruz
OF - Ryan Braun
UT - Jay Bruce
UT - Derek Jeter
BN - Aramis Ramirez
DL - Joe Mauer

I can't see tweaking my lineup much other than until the injury bug stops biting. I have Kelly Johnson and Eric Hosmer helping out right now. I have also used Carlos Beltran some.

SP - Shaun Marcum
SP - Michael Pineda
RP - Brian Wilson
RP - Craig Kimbrel
P - Huston Street
P - Ryan Madson
P - C. J. Wilson
P - Ian Kennedy
P - Jair Jurrjens
P - Kyle Lohse

I am looking for any and all thoughts on how to improve? I traded away some top tier pitchers to get more top hitters, and now my pitching is weak. Some free agents are Brandon Morrow, Bud Norris, Brian Matusz, Brandon Beachy (DL), Ryan Dempster, Ted Lilly, Madison Bumgarner, Phil Humber and Bartolo Colon. Many people on these boards seem to love Morrow, but honestly I don't get it. Morrow and Norris are great at K's, but they hurt your team with lack of wins and high ERA and high WHIP. Helping in 1 category and hurting in 3 doesn't seem to make sense. Thanks for the advice....

Grab Brett Lawrie and Domonic Brown to fill in for Howie Kendrick and Matt Holliday. Lawrie should make his debut this weekend or early next week.

Your pitching looks pretty decent to me. Can't see how you can improve it a whole lot. 4 closers may be a bit much. I try to get away with only using 2 but 3 isn't too bad either. I see a lot of guys go with the "no closer" strategy with some moderate success.
