Pick up Francisco Liriano/Ervin Santana from free agency?

Below is my pitching rotation. In the long run, will it be beneficial for me to pick up the mentioned pitcher(s)? if so , who should I drop, or attempt to trade away?

for now hold tight but watch britton and masterson if they start to really slip come second half people can always rely on santana not a great pitcher but a nice peice to the puzzle

Giving th echoice of those 2 I like Ervin Santana more since other than a couple starts Lirano has struggled all year and our of your SPs I'd day Britton is a drop candidate his last few starts haven't been that good and he doesn't strikeout enough and relies on a lot of groundballs.
