Tim Lincecum and the Giants??? Whir

Postby etl1692 » Wed Jun 01, 2011 9:11 pm

So I know Lincecum is Nasty and One hell of a pitcher but it seems to me with the Giants awful Offense its hard for him to get run support. Would it be smart to try n trade him for another solid pitcher with better run support, and maybe a hitter??? Or just hold on because it shouldnt make that much of a difference??????? If so any suggestions on who to go for???

Leave link will respond!! Thanks!!

It is really hard to project wins. So keep the pitcher that does everything really well and the wins will come.

Don't ditch Lincecum unless you can get Halladay or Cliff Lee-caliber stuff in return, or a top-3 hitter.

The rest of your pitching is thin/no-guarantee after CC. Lincecum has done just fine behind mediocre Giants offenses for the past few years (oh, and they did somehow eke out a World Series).

Would appreciate your help with my Jeter question:
