6 team AL Only league. Pick 5 of these potential keepers that I may try to acquire (or have). Dollar value is their keeper price.
Jose Bautista $13 Carlos Santana $13 Erik Bedard $6 Justin Smoak $6 Josh Hamilton $15 Asdrubal Cabrera $9 Curtis Granderson $8 Grady Sizemore $6 Eric Hosmer $6* Desmond Jennings $6* Michael Pineda $6* Kyle Drabek $6 Fausto Carmona $6 Alex Avila $6* Jhonny Peralta $6* Jordan Walden $6* Brett Lawrie $6*
Removed: Gio Gonzalez as I traded him to get better players. Starred players above are those currently on my roster.
Adding these - my personal opinion is these are not Top 5: Daniel Bard $7 JP Arencibia $8 Sergio Santos $6 Brian Matusz $13 Mike Moustakas $6 Matt Joyce $6

I have not played a money league, keeper league, or a AL only league yet.. But i will help as much as i can Well I would still keep Bautista because well hes Bautista and this will prbably be his kick off season and should have a copy performance next year. Then i would say Pineda cuz of hes really good year so far and looks like he will keep it up. Jordan Walden, because hes done nice with saves this year and for a cheap price. Erik Bedard, Cheap and a nice player and should roll into next year Finally i would say Hamilton because he was AL MVP and could easily win again 1. Jose Bautista 2. Michael Pineda 3. Asdrubal Cabrera 4. Curtis Granderson 5. Josh Hamilton

Bautista at $13 (best hitter in baseball right now, give anything over the plate and it's a hit, apparently he has hacks...) Pineda at $6 (ace in the making, i actually hope they shut him down or give him a innings cap so he doesn't go all crazy) Hosmer at $6 ($6...... for... hosmer....) Jennings at $6 (he's killing it in AAA and they can't keep him there long, and i think he'll transition into the majors very nicely)
Smoak at $6 (future 1B for the mariners and kid has some pop in his bat) or Hamilton at $15 (reigning AL MVP, if he can stay healthy, he can grab another one of those MVPs but he'll have to fight Bautista for it)

I agree with this, and maybe Asdrubal Cabrera as well. He is young and showing a lot of potential.

I think it is a consensus that these guys are the best from that list. Although, I dont know how much $$$ your willing to put out for Hamilton but I'm not sure I'd spend $15 on him.
