can't help you until you explain the scoring/ what you need.

Well if you need help with HR, runs, and RBI, definitely try to include Arod, Granderson, and Dunn (lots of strikeouts). Crawford is also a solid choice in include in a deal.

I don't know if you league allows you to trade players from the DL but I think AROD/Granderson and Lyon/Lidge for Hanley may be even.

Hanley is struggling and I don't think your going to get much more than that. Might be worth it to ask for more but you don't want to ask for too much.
