Crow for Floyd??

Postby AmazinMeTS86 » Tue May 31, 2011 9:37 pm

I currently am struggling with my closer position. We start 2 closers and I have been rolling with 1 closer (Santos) and a hodge podge of RP eligible SP's (Harrison and Zambrano) when match-ups are right. Broxton is on the DL and I have little faith in him regaining form. I recently jumped on Crow and the Soria owner offered me Gavin Floyd for him. With Liriano on the DL and growing concerns (mine) about Lester and Tim Hudson, I feel I should make this trade? Thoughts?

Current Pitching
Start 5 SP and 2 RP - H2H scoring

Lester
Romero
Liriano (DL)
T. Hudson
J. Snachez
Tomlin
Nicasio

Zambrano
Harrison
Crow
Santos
Broxton (DL)

I wouldn't. Crow can be a very solid closer and if you are already having a problem at closer why trade a guy that can give you good production?
