Is it time to stop trading for a while?

12 teams, 5x5 roto, 10 keepers without any restrictions. The guys in bold are the guys I would keep if I had to pick right now.

C - Jonathan Lucroy
1B - Albert Pujols
2B - Chase Utley

3B - Aramis Ramirez
SS - Elvis Andrus
LF - Jacoby Ellsbury(LF/CF)
CF - Matt Kemp
RF - Justin Upton
Util - Jay Bruce

Util - Michael Morse(1B/LF/RF)
BN - Ben Zobrist(1B/2B/CF/RF), Grady Sizemore
DL - Geovany Soto, Ryan Zimmerman

SP - Clayton Kershaw
SP - Dan Haren
P - Cole Hamels

P - Drew Storen
P - Jordan Walden
P - Brandon League
RP - Mark Melancon
RP - Frank Francisco
BN - Roy Oswalt, Josh Tomlin, Mat Latos

I've spent the last year+ making a handful of big-name deals...bringing in Pujols, Kemp, Zimmerman, and just last week, I dealt Lohse+Nunez for Hamels.

The point was to put together a strong core group of players that I could have for 5 or so years, so that each year as long as I don't completely piss myself during the draft, I'll always have a good shot of winning the league.

My question is....am I there? Should I stop now?....or do I need to try some other deals, like maybe trying to flip Haren into a younger SP1 guy (Felix?), or working out a deal to trade Utley(or Zobrist) for Cano?

You've got a nice set of keepers currently, but I wouldn't necessarily stop trading. If you can find another upgrade elsewhere that doesn't cost you the farm, I don't see a reason to make a deal.

If you could get Cano for Zobrist or Utley, you do it! I might try a Oswalt/Upton for someone like Carlos Gonzalez looking at who you are thinking about keeping. In a keeper, I might target Felix's teammate Pineda, you should be able to get hm a lot cheaper, and I believe he will be a stud for many years to come.

I would try to get ahold of keeper players at thinner positions, like C/2B/SS. Trust me, there's always going to be someone good playing OF out on the wire or coming through the minors. E.G. Hanley might be able to be brought in this yr because of his troubles.

Looks good though, you could probably stop there and be fine

I don't think I would trade Upton for CarGo straight up.
