I like Oswalt over Billingsly, I think he hasd more Win opportunities, better stability and higher K rates throught he rest of the yr.

I think it is pretty close but I would go Oswalt. They both have some negatives, Oswalt's back and Bills bullpen, but I think Oswalt is the winner here.
