Halladay/Lester for Lincecum/Strasburg/Tulo? WHIR

I'm in a 12-team, pitcher-friendly points league where we keep 10 players.

My team is currently 8-0 and was offered this trade tonight. I already have Asdrubal Cabrera as a SS and am not sure if getting Tulo would really help my team at this point. My Utility spot is taken up by Ichiro.

I'm not really too keen on giving up Halladay, but would do it for the right price. We have 4 DL spots so Strasburg has a spot there if I accepted. So what do you guys think? I think I might have some wiggle room as far as negotiating this deal goes as the manager seems really into Halladay and Lester. Should I take this trade?

Halladay = Lincecum
Lester << Tulo
Strasburg to boot...

That said, I'd like to work it out so that I don't have to bench Pence. Perhaps you could deal him as well and get a 2B?
