Yahoo 10-team H2H Standard 5x5 Scoring
My Team:
C - Mike Napoli
1B - Joey Votto
2B - Brandon Phillips
3B - Adrian Beltre
SS - Starlin Castro
OF - Matt Kemp
OF - Alex Gordon
OF - Chris Young
UTIL - Aaron Hill
UTIL - Adrian Gonzalez
DL - Jason Heyward
SP - Dan Haren
SP - Francisco Liriano
RP - Carlos Marmol
RP - Jose Valverde
P - Max Scherzer
P - Zach Britton
P - Jhoulys Chacin
P - Jair Jurrjens
BN - Bud Norris
BN - Eric Bedard
BN - Jordan Zimmermann
BN - Kyle McClellan
BN - Andrew Bailey
DL - Brandon Beachy
The team I would be trading to is really desperate for a 3B as he had Alvarez but is now starting Ryan Roberts and the WW is really lacking. I would be able to start Gordon at 3B due to his dual eligibility if I did make the trade. Thoughts?

I have no interest in giving up four players for two- at least without getting something more than Lester in return.

You're giving up too much. Lester and Santos are good but not worth that much.
C - Pierzynski
1b - Dunn
2b - Cano
3b - Beltre
SS - Rotating
OF - Bruce, De Aza, Cespedes
Util - Encarnacion
BN - Asdrubal, Adam Jones, Freddie Freeman
SP - Price, Gallardo, Rotating SP
RP - Myers, Perez, Nathan, Perkins, Wilhelmsen

What about Beltre/Liriano for Lester?

What about Beltre/Britton for Lester? I wouldn't want Liriano in this deal at all if I were on the other side, but Britton would make it more tempting. I'm not sure if I accept that or not. It just would depend on the situation.

I might as well offer it and see what happens. This kid really is looking for a reliable 3B though so hopefully he'll bite.
