Fairly big trade. Opinions greatly appreciated.

ESPN standard 10-team h2h league. Edit: Also, it is a one-player keeper league.
I got offered Hanley Ramirez, Justin Morneau and Alexi Ogando for Prince Fielder and Alexei Ramirez. I think HRam is going to turn it around, and I am going to wait to see just how serious the injury he sustained today is before making the decision. I'm just a little leary of trading away my only bonafide, pure power hitter. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I was thinking of possibly trying to pry Chris Perez away instead of Ogando.

My roster is as follows:

C: Russel Martin
1B: Prince Fielder, Todd Helton
2B: Brandon Phillips
3B: David Wright (DL), Ryan Roberts
SS: Alexei Ramirez, Darwin Barney
OF: Josh Hamilton, Shin-Soo Choo, Jayson Werth, Chris Young, Logan Morrison, Hunter Pence
DH: Vlad Guerrero

SP: Josh Johnson, Justin Verlander, Josh Beckett, Gio Gonzalez, Eric Bedard, Kyle Lohse, Bud Norris, Scott Baker

RP: Joel Hanrahan, Kyle Farnsworth, Mark Melancon

I would stand pat. I have Hanley myself and I am very close to trading him as well given the under performance.

If it wasn't a keeper league, I would've already declined. Barring injury, I can't fathom his production staying in the gutter like it is.

I would stay with what you have. Besides some drop off in AVG and SB's.... The two Ramirez's were pretty similar in stats last season. And the loss of Fielder would be significant. If you were looking for help for your team, I may look for a 3B upgrade. Wright's injury would scare me a bit.

Stay put. You have no reason at all to make this trade.

It's a relatively fair offer, but you should stay put as you don't gain anything tremendous (or even marginal really) from this deal. Your SPs are studs and you don't need the SB help.
