Lance Berkman, Tommy Hanson, and Chris Perez for Albert Pujols.
1) Would that be considered a solid non-insulting offer? 2) Is that a trade I would be happy with?
(He has above average offense except dead last in AVG; he has the 2nd to worst pitching staff).

Sure, no prob.
It -is- a keeper league (keep 3 players), which adds some value to Pujols assuming he recovers to being 'Albert Pujols' again.

It's a fair offer. It being a keeper I'm sure in the back of the mind of the other owner about Pujols............ It would definitely help his team, his pitching is pretty poor. But, one worry for him is he would be replacing Pujols with Berkman, who is having a good year this year, but is old and who knows if he can keep it up for a few years let alone this one. You might have to throw in another SP instead of Perez, if most managers are like me, I see RP show up during a year all the time so I don't value them as much. But I say go ahead and offer it and see what you get back.
Honestly I wouldn't offer this trade. Don't get me wrong, player rater wise I believe pujols will finish above of berkman, but not high enough to give up hanson (and a closer with 100% job security) It's the "win now or win later" mentality, but even if you consider this trade a "win later" I still feel like hanson is too good paired with berkman.
