This has forced me to drop Victorino and put Konerko and Choo on the bench.

Seeing that Konerko may possibly have another career year, I don't want to lose him to a cheap trade. If I can use Konerko in 1st base and trade Miggy for a good deal I think I should do it.

My pitching is among the weakest in the league at the moment so Halladay is obviously my first thought...

If anyone has other ideas, please suggest!

Trade for pitching, just don't trade your best player for it. You don't need Halladay, it would be impossible to get fair value. Go for pitchers of Jamie Garcia caliber instead.

I've got Garcia on my staff and I've just been offered Tommy Hanson for a straight up swap.

I'm in pts league with 10pts for a win and I'm wondering whether Tommy Hanson's consistency will net more points than Garcia from now till the end of the season...

Those are the words of a seasoned fantasy baseball manager... Well put.

Totally agree. I was offered Dunn and a first rd pick for next year for Cabrera. That pick would probably end up being Josh Johnson, Matt Cain or U. Jimenez based on how his team would finish in the standings . That was an easy REJECTION .
