I was shooting for Lincy giving Miggy since it is really hard to get SP in my lge. Any other suggestions maybe to help my SP? Any help is much appreciated!! Thanks guys.

It's not awful, but I'd want another piece along with Lincecum to make this deal more worthwhile.

What if I added Garrett Jones to replace my 1b spot?

Even though you need another solid SP, I would not trade a stud batter like MIggy for one. I just prefer to have solid, reliable batters, and he is one of the best. If you do a deal like this, i think you need to offer Miggy and Hudson for Lincecum and his 1B, assuming he has a lower tier 1B.
