Help: Trade In Order To Get RPs/Cps

I've had to trade away my 2 original CPs, so now I'm attempting to get a few guys now through trades.

My league has no ERA, no WHIP
Wins, Losses, Ks, BBs, Saves, Blown Saves, and CGs

My starting staff produces, but it's not really sexy. It's all about wins it seems, and I have guys who have won.
But I'm projecting way over in innings (1,040 Cap). I need to get more points per innings, and for that I need relievers.

I've got 2 ideas...

1.
GIVE: Smoak, Chacin
GET: Marmol, A.Bailey

The guy has no 1B (Ty Wigginton), he's proposed the above trade but without Marmol... He also has Rauch.
You think asking for Marmol there is too much?

2.
GIVE: Werth, Chacin
GET: Salas, Aaron Crow, Matt Joyce

Do you think either can happen, would you do either?

2 - I would rather have Werth and Chacin.
