Best player going forward in this bunch? WHIR

I am trying to make a trade so ranking these players would be helpful.

Colby Rasmus
Dan Uggla
Jason Heyward
Denard Span
Melky Cabrera
Johnny Damon
Matt Wieters

Why?

Heyward - don't sell low, he's be healthy soon enough
Uggla - don't sell low, good power for 2b. he can't be this bad all year
Rasmus - Serviceable, but not great
Weiters - Serviceable at scarce position. I'm assuming 2 C league. If 1 C league, probably near the bottom
Span - gives you a little speed, but not much else
Damon - He may be better than Span, but I'm just not a fan
Melky - surprisingly good, but not buying he can keep it up
