Hitting seems okay, but I would need to know how many teams are in the legue to have a good idea. Your pitching needs a bit of work, that is what I would focus on.
I'd say your hitting looks pretty solid for a 12 team league... You might want to trade some of it for pitching though, cause you are gonna be in hot water if one of those prospects doesn't pan out... which the law of averages suggests will happen.

I would sell Berkman or Joyce while their value is high and consider trading Ethier too. I can easily see him being overvalued in some leagues, which would mean a better return on value for you.... As for who to target, hard to say really... Looks like you need both power and speed. It's hard to tell who your first round pick was.... I don't see anyone on your team that would foot the bill so I'm assuming that is one of the people you traded... I'm curious to what the terms of the trade were?
