It depends on where you're at in the standings. If you're competing this year, I say don't do it. If you don't think you have much of a chance to win this year, go for it.

No, no, and no. If Russell Martin is over his injuries, he's going to have perennial 20/20 potential at C, with plenty of Rs/RBIs in that lineup. I gotta be blown away to deal him in a dynasty league.
